They must be returned if you no longer want them.★ Art cannot be altered or edited, outside of cropping, without permission.★ You cannot monetize my art in any form without express permission. This includes, but is not limited to, selling foal designs.★ Invoice must be paid in full before any work will begin.★ Full bodies and busts will always include sketch pass at minimum, meaning you will have the opportunity to ask for changes at the sketch stage, and minor color changes at color/final stage. You may request a lining pass if you would like to check on the art between the ink and color stages on lined pieces! Additionally, once a stage is confirmed, it can no longer be edited.★ I do not accept returns under any circumstances.★ Designs may be altered or redesigned, however the original design cannot be separated from the new version.★ I will not draw anything NSFW, outside gore. This includes not drawing genitalia.★ Nothing made by me may be used in any blockchain-related technology, to include NFTs, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space.★ My work cannot be used to teach AI or otherwise used in AI technology. This includes both my art and art by other artists featuring designs created by me.★ I will not make art of any AI generated characters.★ By commissioning me, you are automatically agree to these terms.
